In charge of the new product development. Work together with team to achieve a high efficiency product dev.

 Responsible for all affairs of the department. According to the department's internal and project needs, carry out personnel reserve and talent training, organize and lead the cross function departmental teams.  Anticipate and coordinate resource conflicts with various functional managers to properly resolve unexpected events in the project.  Help the international marketing department and sales team identify customer needs and specifications to better meet business development during early stage of project study.  Lead product cost analysis, assist in the negotiation of parts prices, and control the project budget.  Responsible for the overall coordination and management of the project, communicate efficiently with customers and internal team members, and use the JIRA and NPD system to track APQP to promote the smooth progress of the project at all stages.  On behalf of robotic lawn mower project team, report the projects summary to the company's top management on company’s product summit.  Coordinate the IOT project from the system architecture level, including APP, background, inline test system and other bottlenecks to promote the implementation.

 Communicate effectively with customers, finalize the details of the project, and manage project risks.  Organize project evaluation, form a project team, and be responsible for the preparation and update of the project master plan.  Hold regular or irregular project meetings to promote and supervise the specific implementation of the project, including project budget and cost management, project change management, project knowledge and lessons learn, etc.  Maintain the good relationship between the company and customers, and coordinate with other departments.

 Learn the company's product information and execute the company's marketing strategy.  Collect customer information and do customer analysis, understand customer needs, find sales opportunities and complete sales performance.  Maintain efficient communication with customers, listen to customers' opinions and requirements, feedback to the company in time, and respond to customers in a timely manner after supervision and improvement
