* Constructed an excel database listing all of the area cross country teams (118 in all) as well as a spreadsheet listing all of the area podiatrists (127 in all) * Analyzed data that I previously compiled and made cold calls to podiatrists in the area which resulted in over 40 consultations and now referrals from the doctors * Solicited business from local cross country teams by making cold calls to coaches which resulted in over 50 teams visiting the local stores * Assisted in the organization of the RICS database and eliminated more than 2,000 redundant or incorrect addresses from internal databases * Creatively published social media which resulted in the creation of a new Instagram account with more than 2,500 followers. * Composed 493 handwritten letters of appreciation to the top customers in celebration of the 10th Anniversary

* Organized work materials which led to increases in efficiency and therefore member satisfaction * Supervised the pool deck, ensuring a safe environment for both children, adults, and employees * Demonstrated discipline and applied skills around the pool deck resulting in proper rescue of a young inexperienced swimmer
