Visiting Angels is the leader in living assistance services for seniors. We begin by reviewing the client's needs through assessment and identification of the care recipient's strengths and areas of improvement. We initiate discussions with involved family members and when necessary consult with physicians, social workers, hospitals, and/or care staff.Working in conjunction with the family, we develop an individualized care plan to manage daily needs. We match client needs to the best possible caregiver, bring them to the client's home and ask them to participate in the selection process. Visiting Angels employs a high level care management component not often found in custodial care.
