• Responsible for managing the day to day stockroom operation, and for being the main port of call for any material issues. • Accountable for the overall management of the material process including: receiving raw material, issuing material to jobs, identifying discrepancies, tracking shortage, expediting parts, assuring supply of parts to meet production requirement, closing work order, monitoring WIP inventory, preparing sales order delivery and updating BOM with ECN . • Manage and organize inventory in stockroom, maintain accurate inventory data, process and manage all daily inventory system transaction and activity. • Perform /Monitor / Maintain inventory reports, investigate and resolve inventory enquiries or discrepancies, ensure all material is available to production work order and recommend inventory level to obtain maximum inventory efficiency. • Initiates and processes Cycle Counts and reconciliation, ensure all stocks are maintained in “First in, First out - FIFO” manner. • Communicate with Production, Purchasing, engineering & Quality Assurance any material issue to ensure material’s availability and appropriate inventory levels through the use of min/max inventory parameters. • Review inventory level, identify expired or obsolete material ,develop, recommend and implement action plans in order to reduce slow & non moving inventory • Supervise, train and monitor all personnel to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency and accuracy • Actively participate and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop health and safety program, perform training and assist president in the assessment of accident investigation, claims adjudication and management of the Early & Safe Return to Work Program. • Release work order, prepare job paperwork including pick list, shop document & drawings. • Expedite orders and communicate changes, ensure production schedules are attainable; recommend corrective measures • Prepare packing list, custom paperwork for international shipping, quote shipping cost and strive to consistently meet delivery deadline.

• To sell products and services by designing applications and providing technical support to prepare quotations for product/service commissioning and after sales support. • Support the development of a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

• Develop 5ESS switching system engineering specs with individual customer’s requirement. • Responsible for the whole project process from order received from Sales to equipment installed on customer’s site. Ensures project deadlines, contract requirements, engineering specs and code requirements are met.

• Perform day to day quality inspection, identify, document, track and resolve any quality issues and defects. • Develops, upgrades, maintains and improves the quality system as needed in line with the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards; including documentation control
