-Strategically planned a large-scale concert on a smaller budget than previous years, which achieved 90% capacity and earned a $50,000 profit -Delegated tasks among a marketing team, volunteers, and other board members -Contacted talent and managed a budget of $65,000 to produce 7 large and small concert events
