As President and Partner of AINO Chemical, an emerging and rapidly expanding fine chemical manufacturer, I lead our strategic values and global operations. We specialize in the production of high-valued pharmaceutical and agrochemical intermediates, working in close partnership with leading global agro and pharma companies. My focus is on driving innovation, scaling production capabilities, and strengthening our position as a reliable and agile strategic supplier in the global market.

As General Manager of Kunda, I provided comprehensive executive leadership, overseeing all aspects of operations and driving the development of both domestic and international business. Together with my team, the company evolved from an an early-stage enterprise into an industry leader, achieving monumental growth in chemical exports and establishing a formidable global market presence. My strategic focus included optimizing operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and fostering key partnerships to solidify the company's competitive position.

As Vice President at Red Sun Group, I spearheaded global marketing strategy and business development for key product lines including pharmaceutical intermediates, agrochemical intermediates, Pyridine and Pyridine derivatives. I managed the end-to-end market planning and client strategy for these segments, while leading the acquisition and retention of major accounts worldwide. Additionally, I supported the Group President & Owner in overall corporate operations and strategic oversight, including coordination across the company's four manufacturing sites.

As Senior Assistant Vice President, I provided comprehensive executive support to the Group's Owner and President in all aspects of corporate operations. My responsibilities included overseeing the performance and coordination of four manufacturing bases, acting as an external affairs representative, and managing key global client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and international business growth.

Earned a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Nanjing Normal University, with a specialized research focus on microbial fermentation.
