As the head of Avantor Services On-Site team in Penang, I led my team in managing cleanroom gowning supplies and services for our client. Based at client’s site, I am the main contact for all Avantor Services matters on site. I oversee daily operation in ensuring continuous supplies to gowning area and POUs in the fab. I work together with commercial, supply chain and customer service teams from both Avantor and client.

My main role involves looking after daily goods receiving operations. I also handles compliance aspect for all SG warehouses including non compliance reports, internal audits and lead audits by external parties for ISO13485. I work closely with Purchasing, Quality, Operational Excellence, Compliance, Manufacturing and R&D teams. I managed the projects for a new warehouse and walk-in freezer, from planning to implementation.

A subsidiary of Ho Wah Genting Berhad, my role was to oversee the Operations of the whole company including Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Overseas Liaison, Logistics, Manufacturing and Warehouse for medical devices, vaccines, disinfectants, and supplements businesses in the group. I managed all aspects of licensing and certifications, including Establishment License, GDPMD, ISO 13485, Poison A licence and product registration and ensured compliance during audits.

I led the Life Science Team's and responsible for their sales performance for brands such as Tecan, GE Lifescience, Eppendorf etc in Southeast Asia. I was responsible for expansion of consumables and reagents for brands such as ATCC, Iwaki, Biologix, Bio-Industries etc (all products previously with Bio-REV) after the merger with Bio-REV Pte Ltd.

I led overall for the Malaysian branch in sales, revenue and operation. I handled all departments including Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Human Resources. I am also in charge of Sales and Marketing for Tissue Culture, Stem Cells Research and Molecular consumables and reagents such as ATCC, Iwaki, Biologix, Bio-Industries etc.

I managed overall company performance, including sales, operations, HR, administration, engineering, technical support, logistics, and warehousing. I was also in charged of Business Development of Life Science consumables and equipment notably Axygen (now Corning), TPP Tissue Culture consumables, Labnet etc. I led the team to obtain ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485, and GDPMD certification. I am the pioneer for Neoscience and built it from a start up company to a successfull full fledge establishment.

I was in charge of Sales and Marketing for Life Science Consumables and equipment. I managed Tissue Culture and Molecular products in sales, inventory planning, logistics, marketing and principal liaisons for ThermoFisher, Axygen (now Corning), MVE etc.
