• Partner with the Online & Overseas business, MKT function, South Region Sales Teams in Early Life Nutrition BU to define and implement HR Strategies that support and enable business growth, covering +250 employees in total. • Establish the“Channel MKT”function from scratch, by providing effective HR total solutions including massive recruitment, new team integration, capability advancement, organization effectiveness review, and culture building. • Facilitate and optimize the full-year people management cycle for the BU (incl. goal setting, talent review, IDP, and year-end performance review), to set up the aligned evaluation criteria and improve the talent system to be more scientific & efficient.

• Build strong partnership with business leadership team to identify and achieve the HR Priorities that align with business strategic objectives, acting as the trusted HR Partner for totally 150 employees.

Dual Roles: 【Recruitment Leader for Sales & MKT Function】 • Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment for Sales & MKT managerial positions. 【China Campus Recruitment Leader】Overseas MBA Program & Fresh MT Program • Build the China Campus Recruitment Strategy from zero, develop the full-year campus activity calendar, and establish the strategic partnership with target universities.
