Supply Chain Manager
- Development and deployment of SCM operations related to time to market, service satisfaction and cost levels, should be aligned with business strategy for WW (PSG). E.g. demand/supply planning and availability management, procurement & inventory management, Vendors management and developing the strategies to maximize the relationship, multiple sourcing management, 3rd PL management, Quality controlling, order capturing and processing, logistic, warehousing and distribution. - Planning and procurement management. Demand & supply planning, Rolling long-term & short term forecast to ensure the supply capacity stability and flexibility, and achieve the sales/marketing AOP/ RoFo / Current View. To keep the multiple sourcing management. - Inventory management. To set up the inventory norm and level, and keep the best inventory turnover. - Operations (orders, planning, procurement, logistics and warehouse) definition & development to ensure the execution of SCM strategies. To set up the SOPs for NPI, sustaining, ordering, logistics, quality controlling, risk assessment, providers to optimize service level and overall SC cost related to GBU business. - Projects management. Be responsibility for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost controlling, result-oriented. Translate management directives and objectives into viable programs, to ensure the value enhancement, cost reduction and cash liberation. E.g. Suppliers’ infrastructure optimization, service level improvement, integrating the suppliers into the whole SC to ensure low costs & shorter lead times. Ensure all deliverables are comprehended, defined, scheduled, and tracked. - Customer (internal/external) service. Service alliances establishment, customer satisfaction improvement.

Supply Chain KA manager
- Development and deployment of SCM planning & procurement operations related to time to market, service satisfaction and cost levels, should be aligned with business strategy in Greater China (FG, spare parts, manufacturing). E.g. demand planning and availability management, selling in/out management, Vendors management and W.O.W with OEM/ODM, multiple sourcing management, 3rd PL management, Quality controlling, order capturing and processing, warehousing and distribution. - Procurement & inventory management. Rolling PSI has a direct effect on the purchasing cost. Lead the implementation of sourcing arrangements that assures alignment with the global & regional strategies of the respective procurement categories. Stocking norm/ levels settled to ensure the storage should be in line with the AOP budget. - Management of planning & procurement budget, related to China display business process. - Ops (orders, planning, procurement, logistics and warehouse) definition & development to ensure the execution of SCM strategies. To set up the SOPs for NPI, QC, ordering, warehousing, distribution, import & export. Management of 3rd party logistics providers to optimize service level and overall supply chain cost. - Projects management. Be responsibility for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost controlling, result-oriented, to ensure the value enhancement, cost reduction and cash liberation. E.g. Suppliers’ infrastructure optimization, service level improvement, Great wall project for OEM/ODM transformation, “ Push to Pull” logistics value-added solutions for business, SCALE big project for one Philips O&S SSC. Integrating the suppliers into the whole SC to ensure low costs & shorter lead times. - NPI and sustaining management. Responsible for the readiness of product introductions, sustaining, QC and customer satisfaction. - People competency building and development in SCM team.

SCM Planning & Procurement Manager
- Demand & Supply planning for consumer products. Rolling PSI for selling in & selling out and execution. - Procurement. Clear accountability and commitment to achieve results. It should be under the direction of / in line with business strategy related to TTM, Service & Cost. - KPIs management. To define the KPIs related to SC planning and procurement, and keep the track on the results and Improvement - NPI and sustaining for the consumer products. - Replenishment. Based on the market conditions, in charge of goods allocation & replenishment. Take full responsibility for finish goods and spare parts allocation and replenishment. - Inventory Control. 1) Stock Norm. Set up the reasonable stock norm & available stock structure in CDC & 13x LDCs which covers total 500x dealers. To ensure the execution of sales achievement, no impact to sales achievement due to the supply shortage caused. 2) Stock structure, Build up & manage the stock structure to meet the sales/marketing strategy. - Vendor / 3PLs management. W.O.W alignment with BFT, OEM suppliers and Region. Communication on critical issues. In line with the planning principle and been improved continuously.
