• As You Are is a newsletter and podcast for deep convos with creatives about who they are, their passions, and what drives them.

• Works closely with the Executive Director to fulfill tasks of the monthly Artists-in-Residence program. These tasks occur before, during, and after each resident, and the Programming Fellow acts as a point of contact. • Utilizes creativity to assist in the conception, planning, and crafting of language and promotion for Resident events, and any additional programming opportunities. • Assists Communication Coordinator to create social media content for the residency.

• Managed multichannel community engagement program, tracking and analyzing user data to increase sales and engagement on social media platforms. • Created content for the brand's large digital presence and social media to increase brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion.

• Worked as a Peer Mentor for prospective students and participants applying to the Social Innovation Challenge, specifically with projects centered around LGBTQ+ topics, sexuality, wellness, arts, and identity-related projects. • Assisted and advised students in the Social Innovation Challenge with the development of their ideas, innovations, projects, companies, and nonprofits. • Facilitated honest discussion around entrepreneurship and helps students refine their grant pitching skills.

• 2019 fellow of optiMize, a University of Michigan project incubator that provides workshops, mentorship, and resources to create a project for sustainable social change. • Chosen from 363 entrepreneurial project submissions to receive a grant for my brand STAA.
