I work closely with Melanie & Emile, the co-founders, to ensure we are the forefront of innovation for events & experiences.

From Concept Development to Operational Management, Brand Management to Project Delivery, TGP International aims to support our clients, whatever their needs are. My role is to oversee the sales & events over our opened & to be launched sites along with assisting with concept documents. Each site has its own personality and owns a unique concept. I look at a wide range of activities, promotions & ideas to attract new customers along with keeping our current crowd entertained. I have a clear understanding of the brand for each venue along with who our target audiences are which helps with what promotions/activities would work and engage the correct crowd. I have also developed skills with finance, team management, staffing, recruitment, training & cost control. Venues we have worked with and successfully launched include Ma' Plucker, Melt Room, Crab Tavern & Reform Social & Grill London. In addition to this we have a number of upcoming exciting launches.

My main role was to bring in clients for private functions from meetings, dinners, networking/drinks receptions to exclusive hires along with promoting Crab Tavern as a foodie destination. Although my role was for sales & events a large amount of my day to day tasks were focused on marketing and creating relationships with 3rd parties, influencers & partners to build the brand awareness. Working with TGP I was able to build up my knowledge with regards to financial documents & reports, staff wages, promotional and brand activity along with working with an operational mind set to ensure everything was delivered to a 5 star standard. Following on the launch of Crab Tavern I was then invited to join the TGP team full time.

The Hippodrome is one of the most unique event spaces in London. It is rare to find someone who has not had an unforgettable experience with us from back in the Talk of the Town days to an amazing steak in the Heliot Restaurant! My role starts with bringing in new and exciting clients as well as hosting networking and evening events for our fabulous existing clients. I assist our clients from start to finish of their booking and am always here to say hello on the day of the event and have often stayed beyond just to ensure everyone is having the best time possible! I work alongside the requirements and also try to come up with some unique add on's to make sure the event is as unforgettable as possible! Our fantastic relationships with suppliers helps us to deliver these incredible events. Due to my very personal approach I often find that we receive a large amount of repeat business which varies from marketing and PR companies to the financial and law industries. Crazy Cow Events (part of the Concerto Group) is a free venue finding service. My roles included website publishing and design, events coordinato and also admin assistant to the director of company.
