• Responsible for coordination of Card Brand Management teams. • Supporting all team members about the project details and all specific details. • Responsible for managing the project related all the work from developing new products, analyzing in dept, to launching. • Experience on implementation / product development projects both in waterfall and agile methodologies and squads. • Lead several domestic and abroad projects especially in payment/finance area. • Leading vendor partnership management and adaptation of solutions to local customer needs (regulation, localization, etc.) • Steering review meetings with various stakeholders to identify business needs and define project scope efficiently • Involved in all requirements gathering and impact analysis activities such as reviewing the client requirements and business specifications, translating into technical specifications, analyzing the impacts and feasibility • Acted as liaison between the developers and internal/external business entities in from solution planning, sizing, to fulfillment. • Conducted user acceptance and QA testing as well as some maintenance work on existing systems.
