Manage global learning and development initiatives and projects. Includes leading, planning, communicating, managing, and evaluating scope, resources, and time parameters to achieve desired results. Lead and guided the overall process of design and development of a compliance courses in collaboration with a vendor specializing in learning solutions. Research internal and external instructional design and learning technology trends, tools, and practices, and develops and implements a strategy for building awareness and adoption at FT where appropriate. Educates and advises others in BU and HRD on the subject matter and sustains an updated global repository for related tools and materials. Monitor reaction and impact measures, evaluate the solution's effectiveness, and implement changes as necessary. Mentor and provide occasional education and coaching on instructional design subject matter to others within or outside team.

Understand the business problem, audience profile and the evaluation methodology to implement the proposed learning solution. Create project plans, set, and manage expectation with stakeholders and track/update performance improvement and business results associated with training programs. Identify gaps between learners’ existing knowledge and training goals and develop an effective continuous learning solution while implementing TQA processes and manage quality. Responsible for design and development of blended learning solutions for service environment which includes classroom, virtual, eLearning.

Independently assesses business problems and recommends solutions. Design learning strategies and solutions for any subject matter and in any delivery method with a special focus on eLearning design. Creates and maintains tools, templates, and standards that support the instructional design and development process and recommends improvements. Develop complex courseware that includes high-level content development (Bloom's Taxonomy) and advanced features of multiple development software tools. Includes incorporating mixed media such as graphics, animation, text, audio, and video. Work in partnership with technical partners and SMEs to test and implement learning solutions. Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues in various authoring tools, the learning management system (LMS), and learning delivery systems (such as virtual classroom and learner collaboration sites).

Develop creative learner-centric training programs, modules, and materials. Create plans spanning the full breadth of trainings, including IT/Business Skills, Leadership development, Compliance, and Customer support etc., Conduct instructional reviews at specified checkpoints to ensure all content is instructionally sound, appropriate for a global and multicultural audience. Collaborate effectively with Operations teams, subject matter experts (SMEs) and others to support device launches. Manage and mentor Instructional Designers in effective design and development of training.

Analyze, design, develop, application-based learning modules, assessments, and performance-based blended learning solutions. Create storyboard, develop the training, publishing over LMS for all technical, personal and management level training. Develop learning material as per client standards & guidelines using the prescribed authoring tools. Enforcing protocols for knowledge and training repository. Coach peers on the learning standards and the technologies, review deliverables and provide feedback.

Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes. Develop and administer training and maintain it during its lifecycle. Develop eLearning in line with the storyboards from SMEs, stakeholder and external vendor. Design and implement training and development programs based on the needs of the organizational, group and/or ad-hoc requests. Plan the implementation and facilitation of training events, materials etc.,
