At Network18, I led the successful migration of infrastructure from on-prem and Azure to GCP, achieving seamless transitions with minimal downtime. I implemented Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, automating provisioning across GCP services such as GKE, Cloud SQL, and Pub/Sub. I built robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CD, integrating SonarQube and Trivy to ensure secure, high-quality releases. My Redis migration to Redis Enterprise reduced costs by 35% while maintaining zero downtime. I also transitioned applications to GKE, significantly enhancing scalability and reliability. With proactive monitoring via New Relic and security measures using IAM, Cloud Armor, Akamai WAF, and SSL/TLS, I bolstered performance and defense. Additionally, I led Kafka’s migration to Confluent, reducing operational overhead by 30%. My work directly improved system efficiency, security posture, and delivery velocity.

At Optum, I drove infrastructure automation in GCP using Terraform and led CI/CD pipeline creation with Azure DevOps, cutting SIT/UAT deployment times from 1 hour to 5 minutes. I integrated tools like Maven, SonarQube, Artifactory, Vault, and Docker to streamline deployments on Kubernetes clusters. I migrated applications from OpenShift to Google Anthos for cross-cloud compatibility and deployed ReactJS apps via Kubernetes and Azure App Services. By onboarding Splunk Observability, I improved monitoring and reduced incident response times. I also implemented HAProxy for active-active routing, enhancing availability. My role in managing production releases, resolving image vulnerabilities, and automating provisioning contributed to operational efficiency, delivery speed, and system resilience across environments.

At TCS, I played a key role in AWS cloud migrations through successful POCs and AppFlow jobs. I built AWS infrastructure with CloudFormation templates, monitored and resolved production incidents within SLAs, and managed release processes across environments. I contributed to application upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. I also created AWS Glue jobs for ETL operations and integrated monitoring using AWS CloudWatch. My work on AWS CI/CD pipelines enabled scalable infrastructure provisioning and deployment automation. Collaborating closely with external vendors and internal teams, I ensured production stability and smooth cloud transition. These efforts helped streamline DevOps practices and improve uptime for critical applications.
