The main activities are focused on forming a start-up strategy, vision for the development of the Company's digital products, analyzing and shaping functional requirements and designing the architecture.

Driving product vision, requirement analysis, and architecture design within the company’s Robotics Program, ensuring successful development and implementation of high-impact tech solutions. Key Achievements: 🔹 Acted as Product Owner and System Analyst for a navigation system for specialized machinery under low-connectivity conditions. Coordinated testing, secured IP rights, conducted patent analysis, and prepared the product for pilot industrial operation. 🔹 Led MVP development for a client-facing product improving awareness of robotics capabilities. Conducted 15+ UX studies (CJM, USM, A/B testing, usability tests), and analyzed end-to-end business processes to tailor solutions for cross-functional stakeholders. 🔹 Served as Scrum Master for product integration, defining requirements to merge three products into a unified system. 🔹 Contributed to documentation and strategic planning for RTK implementation across the company’s operations. 🔹 Conducted in-depth interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs across the company and subsidiaries. 🔹 Created technical documentation, including source code comments, UML diagrams, ER models, PMTs, and acceptance testing programs for 6+ robotics projects. 🔹 Developed business cases for vendors, transforming them into structured requirements. 🔹 Awarded two letters of appreciation from anchor clients in the Business Resource Division for excellence in delivery.
