Worked and defined co-certification mechanism for short-term skills based training and learning programs in 175 African Universities across 40 African countries - identifying skills gaps and opportunities for co-certification, credit transfer mechanism and standardization among others. # Responsible for business development, project management, implementation, and client relationship management. # Successfully managed and implemented various mandates, including: - Placement Linked Skills Development Training/TVET Projects for youth under government schemes like Ministry of Rural Development (SGSY), Urban Development (ULM), Minorities Welfare (MSDP), and others. Trained over 10,000 youth in Uttar Pradesh through IL&FS owned centers and partner centers. - Training and Capacity Building of 55,000 Panchayat Raj Elected (PRI) representatives across 20 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Ensured seamless planning and execution as a Project Manager, working in coordination with District Administration and stakeholders. - Implemented the Unique Identification Number (UID) project across Uttar Pradesh as an Enrolment Agency. Managed UID project operations in 15 districts with 200 machines and teams. Responsibilities included project planning, stakeholder coordination, team building, smooth execution, day-to-day operations management, and reporting. - Implemented the K-Yan Interactive Learning Solution project for the Higher Education Department GoUP, State Institute of Rural Development (UP SIRD), and UP Police Training Institutions to improve learning outcomes and enhance capacity building. - Managed Project Parivartan, a community development initiative that focused on Skills, Education, and Social Development. Worked with 40 Government Primary schools, implementing a KIT-based learning approach and an activity-based blended education delivery system. Also collaborated with 60 Upper Primary Schools through the Computer Education on Wheels project. The project included two Multi Skills Schools for placement-linked skills training programs in Bareilly and Moradabad districts.

# Served as the Program Manager supporting Transaction Advisory (TA) or the Common Services Centres (CSCs) scheme in Uttar Pradesh under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) of Govt of India. # Provided transaction and policy advisory to the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the establishment of 17,909 CSCs across the state, as part of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) under a public-private partnership (PPP). # Managed bid processes, provided implementation support, monitored and evaluated project implementation, and handled documentation and reporting. # Conducted training and capacity development programs for various levels of government officials. Acted as the Project Manager for advisory services related to the State Service Delivery Gateway (SSDG) and the GAP Infrastructure Identification Project in Uttar Pradesh. # Led social and performance audits of e-Suvidha, ensuring compliance and effectiveness. Provided support to the Centre for e-Governance and the Government of Uttar Pradesh in implementing projects such as e-District, State Wide Area Network (SWAN), different Mission Mode Projects (MMPs), State Data Centre (SDC), and other initiatives. # Managed the SGSY special program under the Ministry of Rural Development, overseeing the placement-linked skill training program in the leather and textile trades across Uttar Pradesh. # Worked with LABS (Livelihood Advancement Business School), a leading program in short-term, market-driven skill development programs in India. # Responsible for developing trades and curriculum for skill development programs focused on agriculture and rural-based skills for rural youth. # Part of the team in micro-entrepreneurship programs targeting disadvantaged youth in Andhra Pradesh. These programs included interventions such as street food vending, community safe-water projects, and vending for PWD (Persons with Disabilities) beneficiaries. # Served as the Project Manager for the Agro Facilitation Centre (AFC) project, which aimed to establish ICT-based AFCs in a cluster of villages for comprehensive agro-rural development.

# Conducted GIS-based development planning for district and sub-district government bodies. Created a Content Management System (CMS) to host both spatial and non-spatial resources. # Designed databases for both spatial and non-spatial data for natural resource management. # Implemented a Distributed Collaboration Model to facilitate data sharing among different stakeholders. # Customised existing GIS applications for rural development planning, as per community needs assessments.
