Responsible for increase of project portfolio and company´s market share. Tasks included the design and execution of strategy for identification and securement of new project portfolio of renewable energy projects. In charge of assessing new regional market opportunities in Latin America. • Led market and project development strategy for Chile and Argentina in coordination with management team in the United States. • Executed strategy for the early development stages of over 600MW of solar photovoltaic projects, including oversight of public land applications, mining concessions, interconnection permits, among others. • Headed Argentine market entry strategy implementation. Within 6 months, fronted local team that developed a 127MW wind facility to be fully compliant of government sponsored tender requirements. • Leadership role in negotiation team that successfully closed a sale agreement of a wind project. • Executed development strategy for securing 10,000 hectares required for 400MW wind project in Argentina´s Rio Negro region.

Past responsibilities for the international outreach of academic institute focused on the use of cost-benefit analysis into environmental policy in developing countries. • Led academic research for incorporation of economic rationale into environmental policy making in developing countries. • Part of editorial team for book “Globalization of Cost-Benefit Analysis” (Oxford University Press, 2013). • Presentations and lectures at different academic institutions, including Columbia University, NYU Abu Dhabi, the University of Brasilia, and the University of Chile.
