Advisory Sales Specialist, I am involve in furnitures for houses and offices and electronic departments developing my skills in different idioms, french, english and spanish, The job consist in sales garanties, the items and financials cards related with payment in equal installments , also delivery, with the idea to arrive on time, to get a complete customer satisfaction.

To fill it up the contracts for storages rooms and truks rental, sales contracts, sales storages rooms, sales items for moving, follow the maintenance trucks programs, collection, compare budget and daily sales, promote the store, keep the storage inventory, to make phone sales promoting the business and developing an excellent customer service using diffrent languages.

During nine month I follow this training, making an excellent team with my six members, who are specialized in telecom, computers and installation. With a very friendly atmosphere, I found the cours was very enriching due to the multidisiplinary cooperation of each other.

Nine months intensive training, analizing more than 100 different cases of study. Stories of the companies with different situations, analized by a expert of the subjet in front of 80 to 90 students, all of them in a job with high responsability.

Graduated as engineer from UNAM*, with a reserch for garaduation, based on wireless data transmition, made with other two students. * (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico).
