• Act as the primary focal point for all employee relations issues, and first line supervisory management. • Support managers to drive forward change programmes in supporting business initiatives and day-to-day HR issues. • Participate and follow up communications between hiring managers and Covidien recruiters on relevant country recruitment, conduct second round/final interview with one-over managers and finalize hiring process with job offer and complete the legal issues. • Support managers for goal setting at the beginning of the fiscal year and follow up the mid-year and year-end evaluations, manage and communicate local/global deadlines. • Execute processes on time and consistent with local HR policies and procedures and in line with labour law. • Follow up, control and complete all payroll processes working with an outsource company. • Contribute in implementation of Taleo Global Recruiting System for country specific usage. • Support establishing the team for Covidien Center of Innovation (Training Center) in Istanbul for both recruitment and legal processes. • Ensure a thorough understanding of local employment legislation to provide advice and guidance to managers on application of employment law. • Deliver Performance Management training which is a part of company specific Talent Management Programs for all people managers. • Support for global mobility and regional assignments across the company. • Take part in execution and implementation of Global HR Projects.

• Responsible of all recruitment activities starting from search&selection and completed by the hiring process. • Support the training and development activities organised by T&D Manager and follow up the process. • Monitor the e-learning tool, prepare specific reports and ensure that employees can use the system effectively. • Take part in assessment center and project groups for internal promotions and organisational development.

• Responsible for all recruitment activities starting from search&selection and completed by the hiring process. • Create and develop CV databank and reporting system in co-ordination with the software specialist. • Responsible for internal communication for all employee related topics. • Responsible for Performance Management System and all related activities. • Prepare common procedures and forms for the company. • Negotiate, organize and monitor all office and personnel administration activities such as transportation, lunch, facility management. • Responsible for benefits such as staff leave records, medical and life insurance. • Monitor employee records and all necessary legal documentation. • Responsible for all sourcing processes start with collecting the offers and following the necessary steps • Prepare the payroll on monthly basis, follow the employee related changes and monito all necessary legal documentation.
