• Leveraged data analysis and visualization techniques in Tableau to uncover 200k faulty property data from a vast dataset of 30 million commercial real estate records. • Increased the accuracy of commercial property classifications by removing 43 obsolete types and reclassifying 40 redundant types from a total of 248 property types. • Enhanced the property search result accuracy by 10x times through designing and implementing mapper tables in SQL. • Developed a pricing prediction model for commercial properties that produced 79.67% better results than existing models. Achieved this through meticulous data cleaning, feature selection from a dataset of 4 million records with 209 features, and generating six different models including Ensemble Boost, Random Forest, Decision Tree, Linear Regression, and Neural Network.

• Delivered 30+ critical enhancements on the client's legacy applications leveraging JAVA (Spring & Hibernate framework), SQL, JS, and Splunk. • Improved data retrieval by 20% with data migration and designing new SQL procedures. • Shortened the processing time by 98% through skillful designing of a self-assist portal for the client to assist their customers. • Improved the mean time to resolve incidents by 50% and reduced the number of incidents to 60% by establishing a Knowledge Error Database. • Authored numerous unit test cases for front-end and back-end systems, achieving 95%+ code coverage and rigorously testing peer-developed modules.
