I started my career in the Pre-Press department, where I gained hands-on experience in plate making and learned the complete process involved in printing preparation.Currently, I am working in the Quality Control department, where I am responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality across multiple processes including printing, lamination, extrusion, slitting, and pouching. This role has helped me develop a strong understanding of end-to-end production and quality standards in flexible packaging.I am passionate about improving product quality, minimizing defects, and maintaining consistency across all stages of production.
