From April 2023 to present: Responsible for managing the group of Shiseido Global Supply Network Strategy Group in SN Strategy Department in Headquarters. The main mission is to develop the global supply network strategy, performance management of the prioritized KPIs, as well as strengthen the strategy penetration from the top management through the each individual contributors to penetrate the strategy to all employees. From July 2018 to March 2023: Responsible for developing the global supply network strategy to contribute to make the corporate-wide mid-term strategy realized. It convered the End-to-End supply network scope from desgin & develop, all the way to sourcing, manufacturing and serving globally. From April 2017 to June 2018: Responsible for managing and building the management strategies for the next three year (2018-2020) from wide range of view points such as quality enhancement, the production capacity development, cost competitiveness, drive the corporate culture more diverse, and developing the new production technologies. In each strategies, the goals in 2020 were identified and built the roadmaps in each incremental year by getting the agreement with the all related departments to execute the plans steadly. From October 2010 to March 2017: Responsible for managing the process engineering of scaling up to the industrial size for the cosmetics bulk manufacturing. Also managing the trouble shooting for the out of spec batches by investigating the root cause and applying the appropriate corrective and preventive action to procedure and/or bulk specification. Additionally, I had been responsible for managing the administrative works such as formula parts breakdown and bulk specification in the system, to maintain the manufacturing procedures up-to-date, and to manage the shade matching business for color items. From April 2006 to September 2010: 1. Invented a new manufacturing process of low molecular weight of Hyaluronic acid with stain-less of finish product and high yeild. This invented process was approved to be patented in Japan (the registration # is JP2008179710A). 2. Design and build a new working system for process engineers to standardize from the scale up investigation through finalizing the process validation. 3. Execute Toyota production system in the fill and assembly process to achieve the less waste and higher labor productivity in the factories. From April 2003 to March 2006: Technical engineer in factory to scale up the cosmetics bulk from lab size to industrial scale such as 100kg or all the way to 5,000kg.
