As a senior leader of the application development team, completed development, design and enhancement efforts of EXL Landa’s n-tier, service based (SOA) enterprise medical management system (CareRadius). Development was performed using several technologies including C#, ASP.NET, Java, both web services, Ibatis, JMX, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery. Consistently lead complex software development projects to completion on-time and within budget, ensuring timely delivery of high quality products and solutions. Lead the implementation of several agile development initiatives, ensuring process change aligned with business needs. Worked collaboratively with clients IT staff to refine implementation strategies with development capabilities and infrastructure (IT Admins, DBAs, System Analysts) resources to meet functional requirements and ensure execution of a successful enterprise system deployment. Lead the integration effort of several third party APIs into CareRadius.

Technical Leader and Application architect for HP next generation .NET framework imaging and medical claims management/processing platform. Enumerated technology direction, and designed several hardware and software solutions, for increased redundancy and scalability. Managed and mentored several technical team members on new OO and SOA application development and architectures, as well as existing Imaging workflow, UNIX server maintenance and processing systems. Integrated EMPI (Enterprise Master Patient Index) Software into a complex network of Hospital IT application platforms, including Med Series4 (MS4), Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager and Emageon PAC. Designed initial enterprise architecture and developed Java API libraries for AS400 RPG calls into the EMPI Application. Configured HL7 Interface for Sutter's hospital systems.
