Motivated, committed, and driven individual who is currently seeking an entry level position in the the health care industry. I am actively looking for a role in a hospital, clinic, or doctors office, etc. I have experience in the health care field as a volunteer and also shadowing.I take pride in helping create and provide a safe and friendly environment for patients and hospital staff. I have over five years of experience in a leadership role. I was on the executive board for the Rutgers organization M.A.P.S (Minority association for Pre-health students).I am a quick learner and always check for errors in everything I do. I majored in public health and Africana Studies and it is because of this, I am particularly interested in health disparities among marginalized people.
