- Production Line: DataCenter, Enterprise Switch, Enterprise AP - NPI product 1) Support Sales team for RFQ preparation related cost/NRE/Schedule for Sales team's 2) Manage the entire product development process 3) Take the responsibility for delivering the product to production, hardware, firmware, mechanical, thermal, documentation, regulatory testing. Models: A) Enterprise switch: Work with team to develop 6 models with customer 1) 12 ports and 16 ports with PSE/PD switch 2) 24 ports 1G switch 3) 48 ports 1G switch 4) 24 ports 2.5G switch 5) 48 ports 2.5G switch 6) 48 ports SFP+ switch B) WiFi 7 AP Enterprise AP 1) Work on schedule with internal and customer to hit FCS schedule, even change product SPEC. 2) Work with team to make sure material could fulfill each stage 3) Make sure product could be mass production in Taiwan and Vietnam at the same time. This is the first product to make it from customer point of view. C) WiFi7 outdoor AP 1) Take over this project from colleague left. 2) To dig out the gap between real status and planned schedule. 3) Work with RD team and factory to minimize the gap and close open issues.
