As Safety Engineer for Driven Performance Brands, I develop, implement, and monitor company health and safety programs for 5 company brands, ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations. Specific duties and responsibilities include: facility safety audits, compliance oversight, employee training, Workers’ Compensation, and budget & expense management. I also oversee the return to work program. To date, I have decreased the Experience Modification rate 3 years running, strengthened the EHS Management System through multiple safety-based programs, developed a strong local Safety Committee, and implemented a recognition program to reward employees’ adherence to safety protocols. I truly enjoy keeping my co-workers safe and in compliance with all State and Federal laws and regulations.

Here, I provided multi-faceted leadership that ensured the successful delivery and implementation of site specific and corporate EHS programs. My oversight included: Environmental & Safety Training; Cal/OSHA Compliance; Inspections; and Auditing for the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Emergency Planning, Community Right-to-Know, and Safe Drinking Water Act. I also worked to continually increase safety awareness and to drive lasting changes to support a safety-first culture. My most notable accomplishments included: ► Spearheading the “Gold Report” with 100% combined audit score in all categories/programs. ► Achieving one of only 2 perfect 100% scores for the Rocklin site’s Interior Door Group.

Operation and maintenance of precision printing equipment. Team leader of small work crews ranging from 2-8 team members. Safety Programs and Implementation Assistant to shift supervisor with shop operations. Running continual quality control checks to consistently obtain state standards for legislative printing.

Manage accounts for all team members. Set-up and maintained customer data base. Safety Program Implementation EPA Regulations Risk Management Set production standards for all equipment and productivity goals for each employee. Regularly reviewed plant efficiency to estimating standards, and made adjustments as needed. Participated in annual budget process and monthly plant performance and financial review. Performing periodic quality control checks throughout plant. Consistently worked with employee's in the plant to improve the accuracy of data collection and inventory. Managed scheduling of work throughout plant. Operation and maintenance of precision printing equipment. Keeping up with strict quality standards under high pressured time lines.
