I'm co founder and CEO of ALBERTS.be, where we're working on Vending 2.0 solutions and brought them to market in EU: personalized food in a hassle-free and pure way. As a Post-Doc in robotic engineering at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel I'm honored to stay in touch with research for a fruitful combination of both worlds. Let's go!

Fundamental research on "Series-Parallel Elastic Actuation (SPEA) concepts for improved robot performance" under the supervision of Prof. Vanderborght (Vrije Universiteit Brussel VUB, Belgium), Prof. Lefeber (Vrije Universiteit Brussel VUB, Belgium) and Prof. Bicchi (University of Pisa UniPi, Italy). Funded by a Flemish PhD fellowship (FWO Fonds voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek) and boosted by a Co-tutelle or joint-PhD arrangement between Vrije Universiteit Brussel and University of Pisa. The SPEA research was extended through an ERC grant of Prof. Vanderborght.
