Glen was one of the 4 Founding Partners for SierraMaya360, a full-service early stage venture capital firm. The team was comprised of industry veterans with an extensive network of contacts in Silicon Valley, Hollywood, New York, Boston and Charlotte. The 360 in our name signifies our core strategy of surrounding our investments with a full range of services. As such, Glen is currently assisting our portfolio company, Full Color® Games in the Operating role of President. Glen is assisting them in the transition from a seed stage company with no revenue to a major newcomer in the casino gaming space with new online games targeted for virtual money play and real money gaming. Our firm was founded to leverage the success of angel fund Sierra Maya Ventures, which won 2014 Top Newcomer to Venture Capital - North America by Wealth and Finance International Magazine and has been consistently ranked as a top-tier Angel/Seed fund by Mattermark (https://mattermark.com/app/Benchmarking). Managing Mercury’s initiatives for development of large-scale startups that maximize the contribution of – and the returns for – angel investors, the founding executive team, business partners, supporting organizations, and top-tier venture capital firms. Glen raised seed funds for Mercury HDS which then launched HDS Global (http://www.hdsglobal.com) to provide expedited home delivery services for groceries and general merchandise via it's web-based mall.

Hercules Capital (NYSE: HTGC) is the largest business development company focused on venture lending, and the lender of choice for innovative entrepreneurs and their venture capital partners. Since 2003, the firm has committed over $11.6 billion of venture-debt financing to more than 530 companies in a diversified variety of technology, life sciences and sustainable and renewable technology industries. Glen was the Co-founder in December 2003 and helped take the company public in 2005. In 2006 Glen left Hercules to spend more time with his family and pursue his passions in wine-making and real estate development. He returned to Hercules in late 2010 to rejoin the technology team originating finance transactions.

Glen was CEO of Venture Debt U.S. which was the venture loan origination arm for Pearl Street Ventures (PSV). Glen was headquartered in Palo Alto, CA and worked closely with PSV headquarters in Boulder CO to seek a portfolio rating from the rating agencies for a collateralized debt fund.

Managed and participated on a team of Investment professionals that provided over $3.5 Billion of Venture Debt, Senior Debt, Subordinated Debt and Equity Investments to private venture backed companies of all stages. The Venture Group was responsible for returning over $2 billion in profits to its sole LP - Comdisco Inc. - during Glen's tenure. From early 1997 to late 1998 Glen was a Senior Associate at Comdisco Ventures originating Venture Debt and Equity Investments to early-stage venture-backed companies.

Provided Lease Financing to Fortune 500 companies such as VISA, Sun Microsystems, Pac Bell, Cadence Design and McKesson Corporation for the acquisition of high tech and data center equipment. Also was a reseller of IBM mainframes and peripheral devices. Glen was a top producer in the Western Region and was named the Salesman of the Year for Comdisco, Inc. in 1996.

Was a key part of the IBM marketing team responsible for Intel Corporations data center needs.
