• Using internal and external Resume databases and Subcontracting vendors as resources to search and screen candidates • Conducting professional assessment over the telephone and/or in person for skills, experience, • Availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability. • Conducting technical assessment for suitability to the job requirement by conducting technical Interviews and tests. • Performing all due-diligence steps including background screening, reference checking to mitigate fulfillment risks. • Perform in-depth full life cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, prescreening, scheduling interviews, initial telephonic round, follow up etc. • Thorough knowledge of recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for different employment types including W2, Corp-to- Corp, 1099 for U.S. Citizens, GC, H1-B, TN-1, and EAD holders. • Sourcing and Screening potential candidates through Job portals for all positions as per the company requirements for various positions • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Bullhorn and CATS. • Provide information about benefits and compensation packages to candidates • Perform reference and background checks on candidates • Prepare submittal documents and relevant documents as necessary of the candidates • Schedule interviews for the shortlisted candidates • Communicate with candidates till the end of hiring process.
