AgileCheckup is a multi-tenant platform I am building from scratch to help organizations measure how their agile teams perform across customizable maturity dimensions and visualize results through radar-chart dashboards at the team, department, and company level. The product is at MVP stage and entering early user trials. The platform is also being adapted to cover workplace mental health, opening a second use case as Brazilian companies prepare for the NR-1 psychosocial risk regulation taking effect in May 2026. Acting as the founding CTO, I own the full product lifecycle: shaping the business model, defining the domain, choosing the architecture, and shipping the first paying-customer-ready version on a serverless AWS stack designed to keep operating costs near zero until traction justifies scale. This project is my space to practice end-to-end product ownership and decision-making under uncertainty — without a team to delegate to, and with a deliberate bias toward shipping over polishing.

- Design and implement large-scale distributed tax calculation systems handling millions of daily transactions with low latency requirements - Tech Lead organization's critical cross-org projects, coordinating complex stakeholder landscape to deliver market-defining capabilities for Brazilian marketplace - Transform high-ambiguity business requirements into executable technical designs, creating alignment and unblocking parallel workstreams - Conduct 130+ technical interviews and train 20+ interviewers, maintaining high engineering bar while scaling Brazil organization

I helped Juno in the analysis and development of new products acting as backend developer and also in the business analysis in the projects I participated. This mixed participation between technical and business represents the importance of my entrepreneurial phase in Filazero. Now in this phase, I could help the teams with more empathy, more customer obsession and in launching products on a competitive market fit in Brazil. Where many fintechs and banks compete with better and better products. I was the Pix technical leader. I helped the company to join Pix on Day 1 of the Brazilian Central Bank Pix national launch. This role brought me a lot of resilience, willingness to act and overcome barriers. Pix was an unprecedented product in the Brazilian market, there were many uncertainties and I had to make decisions without much clarity and take risks, so I could help the company to launch the product along side the big banks on the very first day.

Worked in business management and relationships with national / international partners and vendors; Producing strategies for Inbound and Outbound Sales; digital marketing and creation of market expansion strategies for Filazero.

Technical team leader, working as software architect of distributed systems; Support strategic decisions making on software solution, based on team and customers statistics; I18n support solutions and other activities related to the system development process, such as: software testing, agile method, Pair Programming and Test Driven Development (TDD), etc.

Developed a client x server based architecture using RMI (Java Desktop), SOA Services written in BEA Workshop application server. Provided helpers to handle third-party web services. Object Oriented Programming (Java) and Test Driven Development.

Worked as Java Systems Analyst, with emphasis on distributed applications. Participated in the creation of a client/server RMI based framework that supports authorization, authentication, allows extensibility and monitoring execution of algorithms. Was developer of a map viewer application that shows oracle spatial data using Java2D, developed tools and methods to support i18n solutions, etc.
