As Head of International Sales for Van Loveren Family Vineyards, I lead the strategic development and execution of the group’s global sales and distribution strategy. With extensive experience across Africa, Europe, and Asia, my role focuses on international market expansion, brand positioning, and the cultivation of strong, long-term distributor partnerships in competitive global environments. My leadership philosophy is centered on clarity, accountability, and collaboration. I believe in empowering teams through strategic direction, disciplined execution, and transparent decision-making, while fostering trusted partnerships that deliver sustainable, long-term value for both the business and its stakeholders. I hold a BCom degree in Management Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration from Stellenbosch University. I am a Professional Member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa and serve as a Board Member of Neil Ellis Wines.
