To be accountable for Demand Forecast, Budgeting and Strategic Plans by means of the constant interaction between the main stakeholders within the Commercial and Operational Company To study historical demand trends and patterns in order to post-evaluate promos and particular discounts applied in both OFF & On Premise channels. Define base-business volumes and promo uplift for the future To give support to MKT and Trade-MKT for the volumes definition for new products/new promo packs launch. To be in charge of weekly, monthly, yearly forecast submission at Product/Location level to the production dpt. Define and measure Forecast Accuracy KPIs

1. To be responsible for Supply Forecast and Budget by means of the constant cooperation with International and national Global Supply Chain, Marketing& Sales and Financial Departments. 2. To be in charge of National Allocation Process of material 3. To do analysis and calculate indicators in order to offer support to the Business Unit (DSI, LIFR, Profitability) 5. To set and control the Annaul Inventory Targets 4. To give support to the daily replenishment orders and to the Safety Stock definition process
