Leading internal and external cross-functional teams to assess optimal process and organizational design and make recommendations around structure, operating set-up and ultimate end state. Leverage best practices of product development and sourcing across Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) business. Working across the BUs and support functions to enable a consistent and structured approach. Representing EPD interest with corporate functions such as: Procurement.

Lead, define and build the Global Supplier Relationship Office organization as a one stop shop for all Abbott Established Pharma relationships of APIs, Excipients/Chemicals and Packaging materials and all activities with Third Party Manufacturers, including Contract Manufacturing services that are provided by Abbott. Secure and ensure the appropriate Abbott procurement standards, processes and governance are applied across the Pharma division. Systematically, assess suppliers’ assets and capabilities with respect to overall business strategy in a coordinated way across the relationship life cycle.

Responsible for developing and implementing global distribution strategies and controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from potential sources to end customer. Global accountability for global Distribution operations & Freight Distribution costs from an end to end Supply Chain (sources to market) Leading the processes of order handling and physical distribution for the Established Products Division Supply Chain in order to ensure product availability according to the market requirements. Ensure compliance, effectiveness and efficiency throughout the Supply process. Represent Supply Chain towards customers by sustaining and building the customer relationship.
