• Execute brand activations for clients such as: Scotiabank, Gillette, New Balance, On Running, and Air France. • Notable projects include Scotiabank Girl’s Hockey Fest, PWHL Make it Merch, Gillette x Toronto Raptors Live Podcast Event featuring Gradey Dick, New Balance Rebel v5 Launch Event, and On Running x Para-Athlete Meet & Greet.

• Managed retail sampling demos for numerous CPG clients at Loblaws banners, Walmart, and Shoppers Drug Mart locations across Canada. Accountabilities included creating contracts, issuing invoices through Salesforce, leading Brand Ambassador training sessions, creating final reports, and ongoing client communications. • Led the Whirlpool Kitchen-Aid pilot program by coaching Brand Ambassadors during group training sessions, communicating key program details to the client, and fulfilling in-retail Grand Opening events to promote the product.

• Execute event production elements through online software programs such as Zoom and Microsoft Team. • Attend pre- and post-event meetings to ensure the events run smoothly. • Provide an entertaining & enjoyable experience for the clients.

• Supported the Air Canada Fan Flight program featuring the seven Canadian NHL teams and Toronto Raptors NBA team. Attended weekly client-facing meetings, collaborated with the NHL and NBA teams to support with program planning, and worked four in-person events to promote this program at the Leafs, Raptors, Canadiens, and Oilers home-games. • Assisted on numerous client projects, including: Skip the Dishes player ambassador gifting, Cirque du Soleil activations, Paris Olympic Games planning, and Air Canada activation decks.

• Assist with the grading of assignments and exams. • Conduct monthly seminars ~ 25 students.

• Supported Tennis Canada’s title partner, National Bank, and platinum partner, Sobeys, by organizing partner delivery schedules, ROS documents, and meeting notes. Additionally, supported on-site during the annual Partner Summit. • Assisted numerous partners during the nine-day NBO tournament through daily walk-throughs of all client activations, youth tennis clinics, daily entrance/exit sampling, various contest winner fulfillments, and client in-suite hosting.

• Selected to represent the Graduate Sport Management program in the ISLC. Collaborated with team members to solve a real-world problem relating to the WNBA. We were given a week to problem solve, prepare a slide deck, and rehearse our presentation. On Friday, January 20th, 2023, our group presented our findings and solutions to a panelist of judges who are professionals within the sports industry.

• Support the launch, training, and implementation of the new administration system. • Scan enrolment and beneficiary forms for pooled and custom groups. • Organize and re-label pdf file folders.

• Assist First Line Education with tasks such as: providing feedback on course outlines, developing course booklets, assisting with the launch of “Kinesiology School”, creating company blog posts, & implementing unique social media techniques to attract new clients.

As an events associate, I helped with the organization and execution of social events, brought new creative ideas to the team, promoted events through social media, attended biweekly meetings, and assisted with other ongoing tasks.
