I help organizations discover and prototype high-impact AI solutions.My work focuses on the intersection of AI transformation, product discovery, and design thinking, helping teams identify where AI can create the most value and translating those opportunities into concrete product concepts and process improvements.Many organizations are experimenting with AI but struggle to move from ideas to real applications. I support teams in identifying high-impact opportunities, structuring discovery processes, and rapidly prototyping AI-driven solutions.I am currently building SprintLab, an AI-powered copilot designed to support product discovery and design sprint workflows. The platform helps founders and product teams synthesize research insights, generate product ideas, and validate opportunities faster.Alongside this project, I explore AI-driven innovation through rapid prototyping and advisory work, focusing on helping organizations turn emerging AI capabilities into practical tools for better products, smarter processes, and new business opportunities.Currently based in Switzerland and collaborating with startups, innovation teams, and organizations exploring AI-driven transformation.
