Main activities: scouting and sourcing of supplier to keep the most updated and accurate portfolio, launching of tenders, analyzing and comparing quotations, negotiating with strong skills, placing purchasing orders, visiting factories during production (in Italy and abroad), following up with suppliers. Collaborating with: • Legal Department to finalize suppliers contracts • Marketing Department to support projects development in terms of technical and economic feasibility, planning and delivery time • Logistics Department to negotiate costs of Pick & Pack process, pallets management etc with the external warehouse, check stock of packaging • Finance Department to support budget definition for packaging (direct cost) Customer Oriented, Problem Solving, Team working, Negotiation skills

Some of the tasks included general office work, filling, work on the Heritage Hampers web site, communicating with suppliers from many different countries (including France, USA, Germany and Australia) and customers, raising purchase orders, raising work orders.
