As a Lead for HR in Brazil, my role includes: Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and HR Operations (Payroll, Benefits and HR Accounting). I work closely with senior leadership (CEO, COO, and Area Heads) to ensure alignment between global and local people strategies. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Strategic advisor on Human Capital initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, promotions, and compensation cycles Full-cycle recruitment across all seniority levels Leadership of the Payroll and Benefits team Coordination of process optimization initiatives from design to implementation Brazil representative in regional HR process standardization across the Americas Development of local procedures for HR sub-systems (e.g., payroll, recruitment, compensation) Process mapping and governance improvements, ensuring proper handover of non-HR activities Oversight of HR risk management, including assessments, risk reporting, and business continuity planning Lead internal and external audits, including preparation of evidence and action plans I am passionate about building efficient, people-centric HR processes that support organizational goals while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.

- Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies to support the business goals - Conduction of global processes, such as: performance evaluation, promotion process, talent management and succession planning - Monthly meeting with area heads to provide support on people strategy. - Coordinated and created the structure of local area heads/middle management succession plans to obtain appropriate data for successors talent development strategy for the entire country. - Collaboration and Participation in the Cash Equities offsite meeting to support business re-design their strategy. - Advisor for all business and support areas regarding the search for talent and hiring/people solutions for the teams. - Personally responsible for C-level and sr. management hires: Chairman of Brazil’s Wealth Management & Investment Bank, Head of Investment Banking Brazil, Brazil’s Chief Economist and former Chairman of Brazil’s Advisory Board. - Preparation and lecture of mentoring guidance for new mentors. - Project lead for the creation of Brazil´s entire HR and Payroll portal according to global guidelines, containing several articles on topics to provide employee’s content and materials. - Leader of the Oracle Service Cloud project for HR Americas Countries (Brazil, Mexico and Bahamas) regarding the implementation of an HR CRM in Latam. - Brazil's co-leader and representative for the Global Digital HR project, having travelled to Poland in August '22 for an in-person project workshop with official global project management team. - Co-creation and host of Hora do Cafezinho (local live talk-show initiative webcasted to the entire country).

- Conduction of selection processes at all levels and to all areas (Investment Bank, Asset Management, Private Banking and support areas) with a high volume of positions. Knowledge of Taleo and OneHRIS systems. - Responsible for the entire onboarding program end-to-end - Creation of Brazil’s 1st onboarding e-learning, aligned with global standards - Operational coordination of analysts/interns: provide effective training of all recruitment activities (training of 3 interns, 3 analysts and 1 specialist over the years) - Creation, preparation and lecture of the interview course for employees of the entire institution yearly. The course aims to teach managers and team leaders to interview according to Credit Suisse guidelines and best practices. - Responsible for structuring and conducting the bank's trainee program annually for 7 years. - Coordination and organization of all campus recruitment events. Co-creation of a series of courses on financial market topics given to university students called CS Learning Series. - HR representative in global recruitment projects and interface with international hiring managers for global team job positions hired in Brazil.
