• Supporting the Director and the Board of the Institute in the regulatory framework and in the assessment of trends in technical issues related to packaging, logistics, communication and innovation. • Transformed an internal scientific event into the most important scientific and entrepreneurial event on immunobiologicals in LATAM, the International Symposium on Immunobiologicals, held every year by Bio-Manguinhos.

• Member of the Project Advisory Group of the OPTIMIZE project, a joint venture of WHO and PATH Institute, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, representing the Developing Countries Vaccine Manufactures Network - DCVMN, to build knowledge to leverage standards for vaccine supply in developing countries. • Member of the Vaccine Presentation and Packaging Advisory Group - VPPAG, at WHO, working to actively change the international regulatory mark and industry packaging and presentation standards. • Collaborated with WHO's Immunization Practices Advisory Group - IPAC, as a member of the Controlled Temperature Chain Working Group, helping to define and consolidate safe options to facilitate the delivery of vaccines to the world's most challenging areas.

• Coordinated and promoted the Communities of Practice, Knowledge Communities, Multimedia Library, Cineclub and Inova-Bio (the intra-entrepreneurship programme) initiatives, building the Institute's Knowledge Management project.

Manager of the packaging development at FIOCRUZ/Bio-Manguinhos. • Packaging Development Manager at FIOCRUZ/Bio-Manguinhos. Led the transfer of packaging development to the new Industrial Engineering Advisory, strengthening the relationship with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Metrology and Validation, Logistics and Production, while maintaining the relationship with Marketing/Purchasing. • - Attended several national (FCE Pharma, Brasilpack, Fispal) and international (Achema and Interpack) packaging exhibitions, closely following the technological evolution of the market.

• Structured the packaging development of the institute, including the creation, design and specification of packaging and the structuring of the company's packaging system. Has led multidisciplinary teams to define, specify, purchase tracking, FAT, SAT, IQ / OQ and installation of packaging equipment industrial park (lines of labelling, cartoning, inspection and filling of aseptic products).

Marketing – 1998 a 2004 Develop FIOCRUZ's graphic materials, such as brochures, catalogues, exhibitions, publications, stationery and the institutional website; also developed the graphic design of the Institute's products. Responsible for the development, production and dissemination of the Institute's graphic materials, including management of multidisciplinary teams.
