Designation: Consultant – Product, Portfolio & Strategy Job Profile: Selling and Delivering Strategy Consulting Projects  Project Management – Leading a module in larger engagements / leading the engagement itself in case of smaller engagements. Owning robustness, rigour and depth of analysis as well as timelines for the module / engagement. Some of the main projects done include Growth Strategy for an MNC, Pricing Strategy for an MNC, Organizational Structure Development for an MNC, Field Force Deployment Strategy for an MNC and 2 domestic companies and Market Sizing for an MNC  Business Development & Client Management – Analyzing the client requirement and accordingly developing proposals to sell consulting engagements. Continuous interaction with client throughout the ‘sell and deliver’ process.  Team Leading – Leading 1-3 analysts in developing solutions. Providing leadership to the supervised analysts in terms of content and structured thinking. Developing an approach to a given problem and guiding analysts in developing and deploying the right analytical methodologies.

Conduct customized research and provide reports to portfolio managers across various industry verticals.

Was selected amongst 30 students amongst 200 to work on live consulting projects. Worked on developing a positioning strategy for a hospital / healthcare centre. Was selected as the best project and topped amongst the 30 students.
