• Re-launched Mexico’s HR department, standardizing processes between Argentina and Mexico. • Reviewed and re-designed HR practices to drive cost-savings and improve client satisfaction. • Managed all HR processes for +500 employees.

• Built the HR department, defining and implementing processes through a generalist and regional outlook. • Led key processes as recruiting, payroll, training, coaching, organizational development and communication.

• Led entire recruitment processes for different clients, with focus on middle and top management profiles. • Managed commercial relationship with clients and delivered strategic advice by helping them to select the best talent in the market.

• Built an independent fashion project, with the aim of trading items between Buenos Aires and Montevideo. • Detected business opportunities, selecting items to market and carrying out the commercial management.

• Coordinated the talent acquisition processes and ensured new employees’ induction, by providing inhouse trainings related to the company’s culture and values. • Responsible for the definition and execution of the annual training plan, by being close to the business units and staff areas.
