I regularly prepare and present weekly reports and insights to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Through cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives, I contribute to sustainable business growth and improved category performance.

As a Junior Category Manager, I developed and executed category strategies aimed at increasing sales and profitability. I conducted market research and analysis, created product assortments tailored to specific retail formats, and supported pricing strategy development. I collaborated with store teams to implement merchandising standards, ensured inventory balance, and coordinated promotional activities. I also worked with suppliers to secure favorable terms and supported the creation of planograms across multiple categories.
