Optimistic, proactive and pragmatic: three adjectives that I would choose to describe myself. Thanks to the opportunities to attend to different exhibitions, meetings and buying days, I developed a good knowledge of the products presentation and the management of the new orders placing according with the customers’ request of the time to market. Moreover, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and organization in stressful situations with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Main Responsibilities  Strong and direct communication with the distributors.  Managing customer master data, backorders, orders, the good returns according with the trade terms.  Direct assistance of customers during meetings and the trade shows.  Supervise the payments and ensure the debt collection procedures.  Implement sales strategies in accordance with the Commercial Management, in order to achieve the goals.  Develop sales plans for my expertise area: monthly budget, year budget, 3-years plan, trade show budget.  Ensure a good knowledge of the product to our customers.  New market scouting.  Good data analysis, in terms of statistics and sales report.
