Worked closely with Director of Clinical Operations to provide data collection and analysis for variety of programs/departments. Along with maintaining databases used in software applications outside of EPIC. Worked specifically with gathering data from EPIC, for example: evaluating if care was provided in the time frame noted in policies. Responsible for maintaining Microsoft ACCESS database tracking referrals and insurance applications by individual.

Responsible for training new staff in Community Resources (including referrals), and Health Benefits (discounts, and insurances). Created and maintained training manuals for both positions. Created a program and trained staff on Community Health Worker role.

Worked as Community Resource Specialist along with various clinical staff to facilitate patient referrals, assisted patients on a case by case basis with resources. Became first staff member to work dual role, adding Health Benefits Counselor. Able to further assist patients with discount program, signing up for various insurance programs. This allowed patients to see one individual instead of two separate staff members.

Patient registration for multiple departments. Cross-trained as a float for each department, Care Team Reps and Switchboard. Complete check-in, check-out, scheduling appointments, handling incoming phone calls and facilitating referrals. Responsible for working various workqueues, and pre registration.
