Good day, I am Gio Ocampo and currently residing in Perth Western Australia. I have more than 3 years of progressive experience in the culinary field. My professional history includes positions such as Breakfast and lunch cook III at Corsair kitchen Miami as well as cook III at Bourbon steak Miami and cook in Leopold Hotel. Most recently, my responsibilities as cook at Leopold Hotel. As the team Member, my responsibilities included working under pressure and being responsible cook inside the kitchen. I assisted in the successful completion of handling and assisting high volume of guests. My supervisor relied on my ability skills such as proofreading and excellent communication skills. I have finished my first diploma in Culinary and Technology Management on August 2015 in Center for Culinary Arts Manila, and currently taking up my second diploma in hospitality in South Metropolitan TAFE for higher quality of education.
