Led project management efforts in Chicony Suzhou factory on Camera Module products, and brought in customer's culture and mindset to prepare factory for future business opportunities

Led front-end business and project management activities critical to securing business outlook and strengthening partnership. Facilitated activities to enhance engineering collaboration and business cohesion.
