Jisp provides b2c and b2b solutions, mostly within the retail sector, specifically around shopping, payment and brand marketing. Our core services comes via apps, Jisp, YouDeliver and Digital Passport*. Our main app, Jisp hosts convenience stores throughout the UK. We provide in-store contactless shopping, home delivery, click and collect, pre-order, takeaway and table ordering. Our Technology solutions include NFC, barcodes, QR codes and AR to engage with products and services. Operations in the UK and Norway and have been selected by the leading Norwegian payments solution Vipps (used by 4m people and similar to PayPal) as a replacement to their own shopping & payment service VippsGO. We work with partners in the USA, Japan, UAE, Australia and Thailand.

Enables clients from Financial Services to Government to do enhanced due diligence and prevent complex fraud. Working with the CEO and key investors to support and build the executive team on strategy and expanding this fast growing privately owned business. Serving clients in Banking, Insurance, Defence and National Security, Policing and Law Enforcement, Education, Government, Gaming, Legal Firms, Government and Local Authorities.

XPD is an International Freight forwarding and Supply Chain Logistics business in multiple markets and geographies including the UK, Bulgaria, Liithuania, Estonia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova and Romania.

Appointed Aug 2012. Re-appointed 2015 and 2018. IDAB is a Statutory Board advising Business Ministers on significant infrastructure and investment cases seeking UK Government support. Members give robust independent business advice. Effectively influenced to improve Board diversity and effectiveness.

Brought the industry together to develop and publish the Safer Gambling Commitments in October 2019 and developed the Markers of Harm algorithm to protect At-Risk Customers. Worked with the Regulator, Service providers and campaigners to align the industry with the major issues and develop customer commitments. Developed "When the Fun Stops Stop" Responsible Gambling Messaging and multi media including TV and digital campaigns with 80% recognition.

The UK's National Coaching Foundation promoting the education of sports coaches, youth and community sports leaders, physical education teachers and all involved in in teaching sporting skills. Working in the fields of physiology, biomechanics, psychology, sociology, philosophy and other sports related subjects.

Appointed Oct 2013, Elexon manages the trading imbalances in the Electricity market £1.5bn p/a and works with all the trading parties and regulators in the UK electricity industry. Focus on Customer Outcomes. Board has 4 Industry and 2 Independent NED's. Chairman of Remuneration Committee and introduced structure and good governance.
