* ENT/Plastics/Head and Neck Unit * University Health Network — Toronto General Hospital * Provide pre- and post - surgical care to patients with diagnoses of oral cancer, laryngeal cancer, * thyroid cancer, breast cancer requiring reconstruction, skin cancer (melanoma/basal cell), and other head and neck malignancies. * Proficient in acute airway management such as tracheostomy and laryngectomy care. * Experience with breast reconstruction flaps, thyroidectomies, parathyroidectomies, rhinectomies, * tympanoplasties and neck dissections. * Proficiency in health teaching (specifically trach and enteral teaching), discharge planning and acute patient transfers. * Ensure practice is consistent with professional standards and the ethical framework as outlined by the College of Nurses of Ontario and UHN policies and procedures.

* Nursing Resource Team (NRT) * University Health Network - Toronto General Hospital & Toronto Western Hospital * Rotating between various medical and surgical areas within the two hospitals to provide adequate * staffing needs throughout the organization. * Experience in General Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology and Urology, * Thoracic Surgery and Respirology, Head and Neck/Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Multi-Organ * Transplant, Emergency Department.
