The Board consists of members from West Grey and Brockton Municipal Councils, Elmwood Chamber of Commerce and a resident from each of West Grey and Brockton Municipalities. I am the resident from Brockton Municipality. All are volunteer positions. The ECCB reports to both West Grey and Brocton Municipal Councils. The Elmwood Community Centre is jointly owned by the Municipalities of West Grey and Brockton and serves the residents of Elmwood and surrounding rural area.
