Gill Braddock

Experienced Purchasing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Chemicals industry. Skilled in Purchase Orders, Sage Line50, SAP Business One, Invoice Processing, and Purchasing. Strong purchasing professional graduated from Royal Soldiers Daughters School. I started my working life in the British Army as a Telecommunications System Technician. I fault found, fixed and maintained equipment used by the Army to provide secure communucations. I obtained an enhanced positive vetting due to the sensitive equipment i worked on and ended my military career as a full corporal. I married a soldier and followed his career for a number of years until i settled in Wigan where i started back to work seriously after having my children. I have had a variety of roles and consider myself a good all rounder and i enjoy all aspects of my current role and am keen to develop it further. Not only do i do the buying, i am heavily involved with new line set up before passing new accounts on to administration staff. I enjoy the manufacturing environment as no two days are the same dealing with the purchasing elements to stock control, invoicing and even mucking in on the sales administration side of things.
