Directly responsible for all programming and financial aspects of the venue heading up a Senior Management Team consisting of Technical, Marketing, Personnel, Events and Conference Managers. Achieved record pantomime Box Office in Dec 2007, an increase of 26% on previous record.

* Appointed prior to the commencement of the £5.5m refurbishment work and opened the 1400-seat concert hall on schedule in August 2011. * Achievements included: * Influencing the design of the Colosseum prior to work commencing to ensure that the building would be fully functional within the allotted budget * Successfully re-launched the newly refurbished and extended Colosseum and rebranded the venue ensuring a successful first 18 months of operation * Engaged and trained a team of 30 full-time staff and over 70 casual staff across all departments including hospitality along with over 100 volunteers * Working with major promoters and producers, programmed the venue to ensure a broad range of shows across all genres
